Cookie Policy

Last updated: 17 April 2026

This Cookie Policy complements the Privacy Policy of REMEDIO DIGITAL SL ("Remedio") and describes the cookies we use on https://remedio.parts, their purposes, and how you can manage them.

2.1 What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. Cookies allow the site to remember information about your visit, keep you logged in, remember your preferences, measure site usage, and in some cases display personalized advertising.

Related terms (pixels, local storage, session storage, tracking tags) receive the same legal treatment as cookies.

2.2 Legal basis

Under Art. 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), as amended by Law 9/2014, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

  • Strictly necessary (technical) cookies for the site's operation or for providing the requested service do not require consent.
  • Other cookies (preference, analytics, advertising, personalization) require your prior, informed, unambiguous consent, revocable at any time.

On your first visit to remedio.parts we show you a cookie banner that allows you to accept, reject, or customize non-technical cookies. You may change your choice at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

2.4 Third-party cookies

Some cookies are managed by external providers with whom Remedio has data-processing agreements or who act as independent controllers. Their use is additionally governed by those third parties' policies:

  • Shopify: https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies
  • Judge.me: https://judge.me/privacy
  • Meta Platforms: https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies
  • Google (Analytics / Ads): https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies

2.5 International transfers

Some of the mentioned providers (Shopify, Google, Meta, Judge.me) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In every case the safeguards required by GDPR apply (countries with European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses).

2.6 How to manage or withdraw your consent

You may modify or withdraw your consent at any time:

  • Cookie banner — click "Cookie preferences" in the site footer to reopen the settings panel.
  • From your browser — all modern browsers allow deleting, blocking or limiting cookies:
  • Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies
  • Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
  • Private browsing or incognito mode — prevents persistent storage, though it does not block technical cookies during the session.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly (cart, checkout, customer area).

2.7 Retention and further processing

Data collected via cookies is retained for the periods indicated in the tables above. After those periods expire, data is deleted automatically. See our Privacy Policy for more details on further processing.

2.8 Supervisory authority

If you believe our use of cookies infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD — www.aepd.es). We encourage you to contact us first at official@remediodigital.es to try to resolve the matter.

2.9 Changes

Remedio Digital SL may update this Cookie Policy to reflect regulatory changes or new cookies. The current version will be published at this same URL with the corresponding date.
