Shipping policy

Remedio Digital SL ships from mainland Spain via approved carriers (SEUR, GLS, MRW, Correos Express) with real-time tracking.
2.1 Shipping zones, times and fees
Times are counted in business days from payment confirmation. Orders confirmed before 14:00 h (Spanish mainland time) are prepared the same day.

Times are estimates and may be affected by local holidays, carrier incidents, customs (on extra-EU or Canary Islands / Ceuta / Melilla shipments) or force majeure.
Free shipping >€100. The threshold applies to the order subtotal (products) and excludes bulky or heavy products that, by nature (e.g. full bumpers, long drive shafts), require special transport. In those cases the additional cost will be stated clearly before checkout.
2.2 Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla leave without peninsular VAT, but the Customer bears the following costs at destination:
- IGIC (Canary Islands) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla) at the applicable rate.
- Customs declaration (DUA) and carrier handling fees.
Notify us in advance at official@remediodigital.es if you need an invoice with special conditions.
2.3 Bulky or dangerous goods
Certain products by weight, dimensions, or nature (flammable liquids, lithium batteries, airbags, seatbelt pretensioners) ship under special transport. If your order includes such items:
- Delivery time may extend by 1 – 2 additional days.
- Specific handling fees may apply, stated at checkout.
- Delivery may require adult signature at destination.
Batteries and liquid-containing components are not shipped by air.
2.4 Order tracking
Upon accepting your order you will receive an email with the tracking number. Once picked up by the carrier, you will receive a second email with the live tracking link. You can also check the status in your customer area at remedio.parts.
2.5 Receipt and transport incidents
Inspect the packaging upon delivery before signing. If you notice visible damage, impacts or moisture:
- Note the incident on the carrier's delivery note — essential to process the claim.
- Photograph the packaging and product.
- Notify us within 24 h at official@remediodigital.es.
- Keep the packaging until the incident is resolved.

2.6 Failed deliveries and re-attempts
If the carrier cannot deliver the order on the first attempt (absent, wrong address, refusal), they will make a second attempt the next day or leave a notice for you to pick up the package at a convenience point. After 7 days without pickup, the package is returned to Remedio.
If the return is attributable to the Customer (incorrect address, repeated absence, unjustified refusal), the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal set out in our Refund Policy.
2.7 Risk transfer
The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the Customer at the moment the product is effectively put at their disposal (delivery by the carrier), in accordance with Art. 66 bis TRLGDCU.
