To place orders on remedio.parts you must:

- Act in your own name or with sufficient authority to represent a company.

Remedio may reject any order where fraud, false information or breach of these Terms is suspected.
2.4 Products and compatibility
Remedio sells spare parts, accessories and components for BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT and other brand vehicles. All products are new, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customer's responsibility for compatibility. Images and references are illustrative only. The Customer is responsible for:
- Verifying that the selected part is compatible with the vehicle before completing the order, cross-referencing the OEM reference number, VIN, or using our Spanish licence-plate lookup.
- Contacting Remedio via official@remediodigital.es or Facebook Messenger if there is any doubt. We provide compatibility advice free of charge prior to purchase.
- Returns of functional components whose incompatibility arises from incorrect identification by the Customer are not accepted, without prejudice to the statutory withdrawal right regulated in our Refund Policy.
Limitation on the licence-plate lookup. The Spanish licence-plate lookup tool uses third-party databases. Remedio does not warrant the completeness of the data returned; its use does not exempt the Customer from verifying the reference prior to purchase.
2.5 Purchase process
- Select products and add them to the cart.
- Go to the cart and click "Checkout".
- Enter your shipping and billing details.
- Select shipping and payment method.

Remedio archives the electronic order documents. You may request a copy at any time by writing to official@remediodigital.es.
The contract language is Spanish; an English translation is provided as a courtesy, and the Spanish version prevails in case of interpretative discrepancy.
2.6 Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT as applicable under Spanish law. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total.
Remedio reserves the right to change prices at any time, but will apply to the Customer the prices in force at the time the order is placed.
B2B sales to EU professional customers with a valid VIES-registered VAT number may benefit from the reverse charge mechanism under Art. 25 of Law 37/1992. Inform us before checkout at official@remediodigital.es.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon effective receipt of the order.
2.9 Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw without stating a reason, in accordance with Art. 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The terms, form and exclusions are detailed in our Refund Policy.
2.10 Legal warranty
Products sold by Remedio are covered by the statutory conformity warranty under Arts. 114-127 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as amended by Law 7/2021:
- 3 years from delivery for new goods.
- 1 year from delivery for second-hand goods (not applicable: Remedio only sells new products).
- During the first 2 years, lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
- The required durability for non-perishable goods is 10 years, which obliges manufacturers to keep spare parts available for that period.
Conditions for warranty application.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural wear, misuse, accident, improper handling, or installation by unqualified personnel.
- For the warranty to apply, the part must have been installed by a qualified workshop or professional. Remedio may request proof of installation (workshop invoice) in case of a claim.
- Products classified as wear items (used brake pads and discs, filters once installed, bulbs, tyres, oils and fluids once opened) are excluded from the warranty once in service.
- Modification, tampering or alteration by the Customer or unauthorized third parties voids the warranty.
How to claim the warranty. Contact official@remediodigital.es with your order number, defect description, photographs and workshop invoice. We will inform you of the steps to follow.
2.11 Transport damage
If the packaging shows visible damage, note the incident on the carrier's delivery note at the time of receipt and notify us within a maximum of 24 hours attaching photographs. Keep the original packaging until the incident is resolved — carriers require it to process the damage claim.
Beyond 48 hours from delivery without notification from you, delivery is presumed conforming.
2.12 Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, design, source code) is owned by Remedio Digital SL or third-party licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation. Reproduction in whole or in part without express authorization is prohibited.
Manufacturer marks (BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT and others) referenced on the site are owned by their respective holders. Their use on Remedio is limited to identifying the compatibility of parts with vehicles made by those brands, and does not imply any commercial relationship, license, sponsorship or endorsement by them.
2.13 Liability
Remedio is liable for direct damages attributable to it that the Customer suffers as a result of breach of its obligations, up to the amount of the order. Remedio is not liable for:
- Indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
- Damage resulting from installation by unqualified personnel.
- Damage resulting from use of the vehicle outside manufacturer specifications or on race tracks.
- Interruptions, failures or incompatibilities of the website not attributable to Remedio.
These limitations do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or where mandatory consumer protection law imposes greater liability.
2.14 Force majeure
Remedio will not be liable for breach caused by force majeure (catastrophes, carrier strikes, supply cuts, pandemics, acts of authority, armed conflicts, etc.).
2.15 Customer service and complaints
- Email: official@remediodigital.es
- Facebook Messenger: "Support" button on remedio.parts

Official complaint forms are available upon request by email.
2.16 Dispute resolution · ODR platform
In accordance with Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Remedio is not adhered to any consumer arbitration scheme or code of conduct, without prejudice to your right to pursue judicial remedies.
2.17 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable legislation: for consumers, those of their domicile; for professional customers, those of Málaga city, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
2.18 Severability
If any clause is declared void or ineffective, the remaining ones will remain valid and will be interpreted in accordance with the spirit and purpose of these Terms.
